All this talk of the jack rack and if any results are possible really got me thinking this past weekend.  I would like to think that a product that carries the name Chuck Liddell and Kim Lyons would live up to the hype that I see on TV.

To be clear, I remember renting MMA videos from a Store called Blockbuster.  Now out of business(I think).  I would watch Chuck KO some dude and be happy it wasn’t me.  But, let me get back on track with my review of the Jack Rack.

I have had much luck with programs from TV informercials in the past.  I had great results with a 90 day program and a CRAZY workout routine fit for the asylum.  So, for me these products have worked.  But, with a piece of equipment like the jack rack and a world of options, there must be something I am missing.  Because this piece makes so much sense.  Really, it does.  Lets break it down.

First, we can do all the major fitness exercises.

Lets review what is possible.

1. Push up

2. Pull Up

3. Dips

4. Squats

5. Curls (straight bar) or with hand weights.

Second,
We can bang out the majors in a few minutes.

Ok, the Jack Rack has the essentials down.  But, what about beyond those five exercises.  Will be become bored and move on to another over hyped piece on the TV.  Well, maybe if you are not interested in beyond the basics. And the Jack Rack will open up a would of different options to you, if you are willing to learn.  But, you must break out and learn the many exercises possible here with the Jack Rack.

Let me jump back a moment.  I am not ruling out the ladies here.  I know Kim Lyons in promoting the jack rack as well.  And with good reason.  I would love to see Marzia Prince helping out as well.  Ok, back on track.

The women can get all they need at home with the Jack Rack.  I think a female review (my wife) will add to the discussion today.  Women have a difficult road as well.  They are busy with family and work that getting to the gym is tough.  So a 20-30 minute routine at home would be awesome.  (One that works).

As we go here, I will add some video of the Jack Rack and my own personal opinions the quality of the piece.

It’s Saturday November 19, 2011 and The Jack Rack has been ordered. I will begin the Chuck Liddell In Depth Review as soon as it arrives. (videos included).

But for now…

You might be asking yourself what package should you get? I was asking that myself for many days. I decided to go with the Platinum Offer. Simply for a full review ( plus I am a NERD who loves this type of stuff). I also think I need the extra weights. This will of course be a personal decision.
